Very positive experience. Great professionals and very serious. 100×100 recommended.

We are very satisfied with the management of the sale of our property and very happy with Alex and Carlos for their dedication until the end.

¡Gracias!

We are a couple and were looking to buy an apartment in Vilassar de Mar because we loved the town. Our experience with Tecnocasa real estate agency in Vilassar de Mar has been very positive overall. Carlos found us a penthouse with beautiful sea views, and we also want to highlight Arnau, who accompanied and helped us throughout the entire buying process, and Sergi, who handled the mortgage. All three were always very professional, friendly, and efficient. It's true that some issues arose during the process, and there were times when the management could have been smoother (there's room for improvement in coordination and communication), but the important thing is that they were resolved, and we felt supported by the team at all times. In short, we are very happy with the result and grateful for the service and support. Thank you!

Very good experience with the purchase of my apartment. Very professional. The deal with Arnau was a 10!

A very professional team, from the first to the last. Carlos as the salesman, a 10; Arnau for his management, a 10; and Alex as the manager, another 10. It wasn't an easy sale, as the salesman presented us with many problems, but they, with great care and dedication, resolved everything. We are very grateful.

I recently bought a flat in Vilassar and had a fantastic experience with Tecnocasa. Arnau was very competent, conscientious and professional from start to finish. He informed me of the possibility of receiving a reduction in taxes because we are a familiar numerosa and no other estate agent had mentioned that to me. Thank you Arnau and Alex!
