Tecnocasa Agencia Inmobiliaria POLIGO SANTA MARIA BENQUERENCIA - Toledo CONSULTING BENQUERENCIA SLU

The staff were fantastic and helped me with the rental. If you need to rent, sell, or buy, don't hesitate to contact them.

They were very professional and friendly from the very beginning. I felt supported throughout the entire process and they were always attentive to any questions I had. It's a pleasure to find people who work with such dedication and provide such excellent service.

Tecnocasa in the industrial park, Toledo. The salespeople and the franchise owner are incredibly arrogant. I had an appointment to see an apartment; another real estate agency had already visited it, which I thought was fine, and that's the agency I was going to list it with. I called Tecnocasa to cancel the visit, and both salespeople called me back, acting incredibly arrogant. Then the manager, Mr. Hugo, called me back, even more arrogant. I understand that I set the price for my apartment, not them, whether they like it or not. They are extremely arrogant. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY (TECNOCASA). They charge 6% commission when other agencies charge 3%.
