Tecnocasa Agencia Inmobiliaria Estrella - Madrid ESTRELLA ASESORES INMOBILIARIOS SLU

Our experience selling with them has been excellent. From the very beginning, Jose, who handled everything for us, made the process incredibly easy and took care of every issue that arose. He was attentive to everything from start to finish, which made the process much smoother. 100% recommended. Without a doubt, if we needed to, we would use them again.

The guys at Estrella Tecnocasa are really nice, Adrián does a great job managing things.

I am very satisfied with Tecnocasa Estrella's services. I sold an apartment and received excellent service from Ivan, who kept me promptly informed of every step. The sales tools allowed me to obtain the desired selling price.

Totalmente recomendables.

I'm very happy with Sergio's work. In October 2025, I went to Tecnocasa Estrella to rent my premises on Sirio Street, and Sergio handled the entire process. He found excellent tenants and secured a 10-year lease, which gave me great peace of mind. Overall, not only Sergio, but the entire team, including the manager, Adrián, did an outstanding job. They were professional, friendly, and transparent throughout. Without a doubt, if I need to rent my premises again in the future when the current lease expires, I will use them again. Highly recommended.

Very happy, as always, with Tecnocasa Estrella. I've worked with them several times and the experience has always been excellent. They rent my property quickly and, above all, they find great tenants, exactly the type I was looking for. It's clear they work efficiently and know what they're doing. I definitely recommend them if you need to rent out your property.
