Tecnocasa Agencia Inmobiliaria Lavapies - Madrid ESTUDIO REAL DE LAVAPIES SL

I'm very happy with Alejandro's service. He showed me an apartment and, since I was in a bit of a hurry, he arranged for me to see it sooner than expected. He explained all the apartment's features very thoroughly and is always ready to suggest options he knows might suit me. A very good experience and I'm very pleased with Alejandro's service and attention.

I was looking at an apartment with my brother and the team was friendly, now we know we can ask for more financing to buy it, everything was great thanks to Elena.

A very good experience searching for an apartment to rent. Alejandro showed me the available options and helped me make the best choice according to my needs. Excellent service from a team that expertly managed my search.

Alejandro and his colleagues were very attentive and diligent throughout the entire rental process, accompanying us at every stage and quickly responding to every concern.

We had the best experience working with Luis, Alejandro and Javier. We happened to walk in because the office was close to where we were staying. Luis was very welcoming and showed us an apartment in our price range and gave us his card and the website with all the information. That afternoon, Luis had Javier show us the apartment and we absolutely loved the apartment. That same evening we put our deposit down and Alejandro was very professional and did all the paperwork for us. Two days later, we signed the contract with Luis and we got our keys. I don’t know how we were able to secure an incredible two bedroom apartment in Lavapiés for such an incredible price with utilities included. I highly recommend this Tecnocasa office. We went to other Tecnocasa offices nearby and didn’t even get a call back.

Buena experiencia!

Great experience! I rented the apartment in good time and without any problems. Thanks to Alejandro for his attention and help.
