Excellent professionals, known for their professionalism and kindness. Special thanks to Guillermina and Javier for their excellent service.

The buying experience with Guillermina and the rest of the team was excellent. I felt supported at all times, and everything went smoothly even though the seller wasn't based in Madrid.

Gracias a Guillermina y Marcelo.

I chose this office again because I had a very good experience in the past, and once again everything was simple and without any problems. Excellent and frequent communication, very friendly service, and always willing to help. Thank you to Guillermina and Marcelo.

I had a very good experience with Tecnocasa throughout the entire rental process. Both Lucía and Guillermina were very attentive, answering my questions and guiding me every step of the way until the contract was signed. The process required quite a bit of paperwork and coordination, but I always found them to be friendly, with good communication and a willingness to help. On the day of signing, everything was well organized, and all my questions were answered. Thank you so much for the excellent service. It was definitely a positive experience.

Javier was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. He was always actively thinking of solutions and did his best to help whenever needed. He answered my questions clearly and made everything much easier for me. I had a great experience with the apartment agency and would definitely recommend their service. Muchas gracias Javi!

Buen trato y muy eficientes. Muchas gracias a Javier. La recomiendo

Excellent service and very efficient. Many thanks to Javier. I highly recommend them.

To sell my apartment in this area, I consulted with three real estate agencies for valuations, and Tecnocasa provided the most comprehensive and detailed report. They were attentive to every detail and kept me informed throughout the process. They even offered assistance with things that weren't strictly their responsibility. I managed to sell the apartment with them quite quickly, which wasn't easy. Guillermina's patience with me, as I can be quite persistent, was endless :-). She's a magnificent professional and incredibly friendly. The franchisee, Marcelo, also helped me with everything and coordinated all the outstanding issues. He's another top-notch professional and extremely pleasant to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend this office at Calle Magdalena, 14, and the other one at Calle Santa Isabel, 32. I know I've made two great friends here, in addition to being excellent professionals. Thanks also to the other colleagues at their locations.
